Mindbody, Mangomint, Phorest, StyleSeat, Timely, Tan-Link, GoCheckIn, Reservio: we've done CSV imports from all of them, just haven't written a dedicated guide yet. Email support@goldenhourhq.com with your current platform and we'll walk you through the export personally.
What we always do
The basics, regardless of who you're leaving.
Free CSV import
Clients, appointment history and your service menu, from a Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Acuity or Booksy export. Upload it in Settings and re-upload as often as you like: rows are matched on the id your old platform gave them, so importing the same export twice does not create anything twice. Two records for one person on the old platform stay two records here, flagged for you to merge, because merging client histories is not something software should do behind your back. Balances (gift cards, packages, memberships, loyalty) start at zero, and photos, intake forms and reviews do not come across.
Booking-link continuity
If you had a vanity URL on the old platform, we'll set up a redirect or a CNAME so existing customer bookmarks keep working. Custom-domain artists (book.yourbrand.com) point the CNAME at us and the same URL flows to the new booking page.
Same-day Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect onboarding takes ~10 min. If you already have a Stripe account, oauth links it. If not, we walk you through tax ID + bank in the same session.
